These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the websites, products, and services provided by Thalvion Solutions Ltd.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the websites, products, or services of Thalvion Solutions Ltd ("Thalvion"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Use of Services
You agree to use Thalvion's services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with any agreement signed between you and Thalvion. You may not use our services to develop a competing product, to reverse-engineer our platform, or in any way that could disable, overburden, or impair our systems.
3. Accounts and Access
Where our services require an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and technology associated with Thalvion's products and websites are the property of Thalvion Solutions Ltd or its licensors. No rights are granted to you other than as expressly set out in a signed agreement.
5. Client Data
Where Thalvion processes client data as part of a service engagement, the terms of the applicable Master Services Agreement or Data Processing Agreement will govern ownership, use, and protection of that data.
6. Service Availability
We aim to maintain high availability across our products, targeting 99.99% uptime for Enterprise plans as set out in the applicable Service Level Agreement, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thalvion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to our services for any user who violates these terms or any applicable agreement, with notice where reasonably practicable.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
